1.103 - I am not able to edit the Excel, word or PPT attachments online, inside my Audit File ?

CaseWareCloud Audit India allows users to access and edit MS Office files online instead of downloading them to the local machine. This helps in version control and efficiency of documentation. 

If you are not able to open the MS office files directly from the audit file, kindly check whether the excel or word licenses are activated in your machine. If in case it is not activated, get help from your IT team to register the licenses. If the issue persists immediately create a support ticket using CaseWare India Help Centre.
